The owner of Falasca’s Home Improvement, Harley Falasca oversees the third-generation contracting company his grandfather started and that he took over in 2018. As CEO, Harley Falasca leads the company’s design-build projects.
Mr. Falasca works closely with engineers, architects, and design professionals to make sure their construction projects align with clients' visions. He also works with a diverse team of subcontractors and tradesmen like electricians, plumbers, air conditioning installers, masons, and landscapers. He maintains high quality and efficiency standards through a hands-on approach to working with his subcontractors. His extensive experience in contracting has resulted in functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces through innovative practices.
When not operating his business, Mr. Falasca is heavily involved with the community. He coaches men’s league basketball and has sponsored little league basketball and baseball teams. He also has donated labor and materials to the Local Historical Society, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the local library. Mr. Falasca’s community service also includes participating in bike rides for MS, 5Ks for cancer awareness, and midnight soup runs with a local church.
His interests and hobbies include attending Broadway shows and basketball, baseball, and football games. Additionally, he hikes, rides motorcycles, sails, and travels.
